With 40+ years of global experience and more than $13B of real estate projects, I advise owners, developers, private equity groups, and capital partners across the full development lifecycle — from underwriting through construction and delivery.
My work spans hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, luxury residential, retail, and large-scale redevelopment across U.S. and international markets.
I focus on protecting capital, managing risk, and bringing structure and transparency to complex projects — especially where alignment among ownership, investors, lenders, and construction teams is critical.
